Data Controllers and Contracting Parties

If you reside in the “Designated Countries”: Ireland Unlimited Company (“ Ireland”) will be the controller of your personal data provided to, or collected by or for, or processed in connection with our Services; you are entering into the User Agreement with Ireland.

If you reside outside of the Designated Countries: Corporation will be the controller of your personal data provided to, or collected by or for, or processed in connection with, our Services; you are entering into the User Agreement with Corporation.

As a Visitor or Member of our Services, the collection, use and sharing of your personal data is subject to this Privacy Policy (which includes our Cookie Policy and other documents referenced in this Privacy Policy) and updates.

Web Visitors

We do not collect information to web visitors. We may however collect non-personally-identifiable-information to enable us target advertisements to you, monitor and improve our website and services. This too, will not be shared or disclosed to third parties without your consent.
